Communication was excellent. An extremely competitive estimate was provided promptly. Scheduling was quick and easy. Everything was completed on time, and they even went above and beyond the original scope of work by taking care of cleaning the facing of our slab foundation. Our home that had been listed for sale months ago in a very competitive buyer's market received an offer on the very next showing.

Todd and Jacqui work hard and are extremely professional and prompt when responding to phone calls and email. They really prep the area around what is being stained to ensure there is no damage to surrounding areas. The three technicians arrived on time. They were thorough and diligent. We were very pleased with the quality of their work. The price is based on square footage. We have a very large driveway.

I bought the Angie's List Special. The guy that came clean all the areas mentioned above, plus he also clean my sidewalk, and the brick front of my house.

Todd and Jacqui (owners) are exactly the type of people you want to deal with for quotes, questions, and getting the work done. They are knowledgeable and straight forward and friendly, and also offered solid advice on tangent questions. They went above and beyond what was required to get the job done right and stayed as long as necessary to get every nook cleaned properly. On the flat, horizontal surfaces Sparkle Wash uses rotary cleaners which is safer for concrete. I would definitely hire Sparkle Wash of Two Rivers again.

If the exterior of a house could sparkle, ours would! Our square footage exceeded the amount in the "deal" and we ended up paying more for the overage than we did for the "deal" BUT we knew this would be the case and Sparkle Wash was up-front about this charge before the work started. The crew was professional! The pressure washer they used was in a large van with a very professionally done company logo. We are SO glad we didn't try to do this ourselves with our pressure washer.

Todd and Jacqui are a great team. They came when they said they would, and worked very hard to get the effect we wanted with regard to our concrete floors. They looked just beautiful when they were finished. They are very concerned with customer satisfaction and will do everything possible to make you happy. They are also reliable and professional, just great people to work with. They also work to grow professionally, and are always looking for new ways to improve their processes. We are building a new home, and have hired them to do our floors. Also, their prices are extremely fair. You will be satisfied!

My garage floor is so beautiful now. They took my water softener and placed them after all done. Good communication and careful worker. I recommend them.
